At checkout, you have the choice of Australia Post eParcel, eParcel Express, or Toll Priority. If an order contains nail polish products or is travelling to the Northern Territory, the shipping will default to Australia Post. This is due to nail polishes being considered Dangerous Goods and they cannot travel by Toll Priority Air.

All orders sent by eParcel will have a tracking number. The number will be emailed to you when the order is despatched.

eParcel Express Delivery times:*

*Capital cities and most metropolitan areas are overnight. Rural or remote regions generally take longer than shown.

If an order is placed before 12pm by Toll Priority you will receive it in most cases, by 1pm the next day.

If your order is going by Toll we highly recommend using a work address to receive your order. Orders sent to a home address will be left by the courier. (If no one is there to receive it.)

Toll Delivery times:

Orders placed by 12pm midday will in most cases go out the same day. Your package will generally arrive by 1pm the following day. When your order is sent, you will receive an order status update by email, with a Toll consignment number.

All orders over $60 qualify for free ground shipping in Australia
