Is your site secure?

Yes. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online ordering security system available. We also use eway as a real-time payment gateway. (whats a payment gateway?)

Do I have to register?

No. If you are in a hurry, just use the Guest Checkout.

Do you charge GST?

GST is automatically included in the price for Australian customers. International customers are not charged a Goods and Services Tax.

Note: International customers will need to register in order to view the prices without GST applied to them.

Do you charge shipping?

Yes. Please refer to the Shipping and Delivery page for more information.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

Depending on which products you order, you can usually expect delivery in 2-5 working days. Paying online by Secure Credit Card is the fastest payment option available. International customers can expect their order in 3-10 working days.
