"i absolutely love this eyeliner i also bought the eyeliner brush also on crush cosmetics and i have to say it hasn't dried up at all for me and it stay on all day without any flaking so i don't understand the other reviews on this page. it is great to work with it it goes on to my brush and glides on making sharp lines. this is a very easy to use product if you know how to use gel eyeliners. Totally recommend this product. better then the Napoleon Perdis in pot Eyeliner. "

"I got this in Siberia and unfortunately I cannot use it. I have been using gel and liquid liner for years but the consistency is a little too dry to work with. I apply it to my eye and it clumps and drags leaving a very shallow line, if that. I think perhaps a darker colour may be easier to use but not for the look I was going for."

"I bought Cosmic and it looks gorgeous but is very difficult to work with. When applying, it tends to flake off and a number of times, it has flaked onto my eyelashes and when I blink, end up in my eye. I seldom use this gel liner and am quite disappointed with it."
